1. Call us to discuss your ideas

Using our many years of design experience, we realised that there is a better way to build a house extension. Using an advanced 3D computer design system known as "Building Information Modeling", we create a virtual model of the extension you dream of (from traditional to ultra modern - it's all possible with our system). It cleverly creates every component in model space.

Our designers can work out exactly what is needed. We turn this computer model into a very detailed set of house extension drawings, which are sent to you by email the same day they are done. We are confident that once you have committed to the design process, we can return drawings to you in less than a week.

If the extension needs planning permission, this is submitted on line for you via the government's planning portal. We track the whole process online for you, giving up updates as soon as information becomes available. We don't guarantee getting you planning consent; however, we have an over 90% success rate. We also deal directly with the local authority Building Control department or we even have our own approved building inspectors.

We have a nationally approved set of design details, acceptable in all parts of England and Wales. Even our supply chain is approved for quality!

2. Appoint our builders

Our system is of the highest quality, and so are our builders!

All components are designed to be robust and efficient, designed to last and look good for many years when installed by our approved teams.

All our building teams are highly trained, and they will work to an exacting method of construction, every last detail! They respect your needs and we hope will be the cleanest, smartest, politest, most efficient workers you could ever meet. They keep to a program agreed with you and update us with progress reports via web enabled devices every day. In the unlikely event there's a problem or a variation to the build we deal with it immediately, even calling you in the evening or at on the weekend if you need it.

Our design and building support team start work from 7am in the morning, they stay in touch with the building teams and suppliers throughout the build, ordering materials exactly when the building team needs them, and dealing with your issues when you need us.

We aim to ensure you are totally satisfied with the work at the beginning, middle and end. We plan the payment for the work in stages and stick to our contractual promises. No fuss, no risk!
